Request Account Deletion
Customers can request deletion of their Hematon Equipment Access account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
Send the request from the email address registered to your Hematon account. Include your full name, registered email address and mobile number so Hematon can verify that the request belongs to you.
What happens to your data
After identity verification, Hematon will process deletion of the customer account and associated personal data that is no longer required. Some records may need to be retained where necessary for financial, contractual, fraud-prevention, audit, dispute-resolution or legal obligations. Any retained information will remain subject to Hematon's privacy and security controls.
Active applications or payment plans
You can still initiate an account-deletion request while an application, payment plan, fulfilment or dispute is active. Hematon may retain the records reasonably necessary to complete, account for or legally document those transactions.
